One of our international clients are looking for a Senior Java Developer.

Role Details:

• Start: ASAP (NP less than 1 month)
• Duration: 01.08.2024 – 31.01.2026
• Language: English (must have), German (nice to have)
• Location: Only candidates from Slovakia! Remote work (no travels, can be once a year upon agreement)

Scope:

• Develop high-quality software, design, and functional documentation
• Provide estimates for specific software feature implementation
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Build unit tests for your code

Skills:

• Must have: At least 5 years of experience as a Java developer (Java 11 or higher)
• Very good knowledge of Spring, Spring boot, Spring Data JPA, SQL, Maven, Git
• Very good knowledge of services (REST and SOAP) and persistence frameworks such as Hibernate
• Very good knowledge of testing, in particular JUnit5, Spring Boot Test, Mockito
• Knowledge of clean code and design patterns
• Good to have: Knowledge of microservices, containerization, DevOps and API management, Kubernetes, Azure, Knowledge of the tools JMeter, SOAPUI, Grafana, Knowledge of JIRA & Confluence, Agile mindset
