Job Overview:

We are seeking five experienced SAP BASIS consultants to join our Applications Root Cause Analysis (RCA) team. As a senior expert, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting outages, failed service requests, and customer escalations. You will work closely with product development, technical support, and global application teams to resolve complex issues, improve operational efficiency, and drive long-term improvements in cloud operations.

Scope:

• Investigate technical root causes of system outages and service failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and preventive actions.
• Act as an escalation contact for customer concerns, ensuring expert-level support.
• Provide hands-on operational support in complex or critical cases.
• Identify and drive initiatives to enhance cloud operations, reduce outages, and improve service efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of improvement action items and address recurring problems proactively.
  
  

Skills:

• 8+ years of relevant IT experience in SAP BASIS.
• Strong expertise in SAP application technology, especially S/4HANA and SAP ABAP platform (SAP NetWeaver certification is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following technologies:
• SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ)
• SAP Cloud Connector
• Convergent Charging
• OpenText
• HANA XSA
• Kubernetes/SAP Gardener
• Strong customer communication skills for handling technical and operational escalations.
• Experience working in Cloud Operations or Support organizations for private or public cloud environments.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services processes and working models.
