We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join our international client. The project is for a leading company in the industry known for their innovative solutions and commitment to excellence.

Scope:

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your day-to-day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will also be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Scrum is required. Agile Project Management with expert proficiency is recommended.

• Lead and guide the Scrum Team(s) in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies effectively
• Facilitate and ensure the smooth execution of scrum and agile ceremonies
• Identify and remove barriers to successful implementation
• Report progress via appropriate metrics
• Continuously improve the team's Agile practices and processes

Skills:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Scrum
• Agile methodologies
• English + Portugese
