Job Description

For one of the international projects, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Fullstack Developer!

 

Job details:

  • Preferably Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
  • Full-time

  • 1st contract till the end of 2024

Scope:

  • As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code.
  • You will use your advanced Full Stack Development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide.
  • With a cloud first and agile mindset, you will leverage new technologies to solve challenging business problems.
  • In this role, you are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions.
  • You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Deliver innovative solutions to improve client services.
  • Leverage new technologies to solve challenging business problems.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams.

Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Full Stack Development is required - 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Release Management, Software Quality Assurance (SQA), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Application Design are recommended skills for this role, all with advanced proficiency.
  • Previous experience with Serverless and Microservices
  • Proficiency in NodeJS, Java, Spring Boot
  • Skill in ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, Jest, Storybook
  • Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, Fargate, Event Bridge, Dynamo DB, CodeBuild, CloudWatch
  • AWS services including CloudFront.
  • Demonstrated track record in building and maintaining commercial production systems.
  • Senior-level expertise including prior experience leading Scrum teams, potentially in a dual role as Scrum Master
  • Methodologies and Practices:
  • Prior experience working in Agile methodologies, ideally using SAFe, within a DevOps framework, CI/CD
  • Experience collaborating in highly distributed teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of system-level concepts with problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Portuguese and English required
