• Work independently and become a subject matter expert in the CRM domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and implement functional requirements.
• Apply best practices in application development to improve performance and usability.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure reliability and functionality.
