Skope:

• Shape the strategic vision and formulate the company’s core data platform architecture
• Design robust architectural solutions in line with enterprise and data architecture standards
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure data solutions that enhance data capabilities and drive business value
• Share expert knowledge, serve as a trusted advisor enabling data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of data excellence across the organization
• Assess the ideas for efficiency improvement and value addition and decide based on their technological, financial, and functional feasibilities

Skills:

• Experience: 7 years
• Experience in Data Architecture: Expertise in modern data platforms and technologies.
• Proficiency in implementing data mesh architectures and promoting decentralized data ownership
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy standards
• Familiarity with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics
• Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and integration tools (focus on ADF)
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• English (C1)
• Polish (nice to have)
