We are looking for a seasoned SAP Retail Solution Lead to spearhead the design, integration, and implementation of SAP solutions specifically tailored to the retail industry. This role is strategic in nature, requiring a balance of business acumen, SAP technical expertise, and strong leadership to drive retail transformation initiatives.

Scope:

• Solution Design: Architect end-to-end SAP Retail solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Implementation Management: Lead and oversee SAP implementation and rollout projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget.
• System Integration: Design and manage seamless integrations between SAP and third-party systems (e.g., POS, e-commerce platforms, supply chain tools).
• Configuration Oversight: Guide the configuration and customization of key SAP modules, including:
• SAP S/4HANA Retail for Merchandise Management
• SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR)
• SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• SAP Transportation Management (TM)
• SAP Ariba
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet corporate IT standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with SAP roadmap developments and retail technology trends (e.g., AI, machine learning, IoT) and propose ongoing system enhancements.
  
  

Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of SAP architecture experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on the retail industry.
• Deep understanding of SAP retail modules and system integration practices.
• Demonstrated leadership in large-scale SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.

• SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., S/4HANA Retail, CAR).
• Experience working within Agile project environments.
