We need a PM to drive 2 projects for our client's business.

#1 Project: Business Management System
scope : replacing the old business management system, currently running in an obsolete Lotus Notes environment.

We are looking for a scrum master / agile adept:
-- support the business team in the RFP process
-- collecting use case
-- comparing with vendor offer
-- recommend final supplier
--supporting the organization with the implementation of the newly chosen tool (cleaning up and migration of documents from the old tool to the new tool)

#2 Project: Virtual Event Platform
COVID-19 pandemic has put individuals, but also corporations in new situations which provide challenges and opportunities.
We're looking for opportunities in the digitization era.
online events are taking off as one of these alternatives, and choosing the proper platform is of paramount importance.
- Looking for a talented Project Manager who can drive our efforts into choosing the right platform
- Leading a group of individuals, including IT Architects and business stakeholders
- Working in an Agile set up
- With a timeline until the end of Q1-2022

it's a discovery project, where there is a need to research and choose the best possible option!
