We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager for one of our clients’ organization in Poland.

Location: Poznan (Poland)
Hybrid role: Working from home 2-3 days per week and from the office in Poznan 2-3 days per week.
Duration: 6 months initially
Start date: May 2024
Scope:
- a PM with a finance background, who has ideally worked on numerous international finance transformation projects
- Someone who can be proactive, whilst driving and co-ordinating projects.
- Client is undergoing a large transformation of all their back-office functions while moving to a more centralized model of operating. They call this "fit for future services".
- This PM will be focused on Finance Transformation projects (also focused regulatory and fiscal compliance) as the business looks to implement new legal entities across Europe.
- The PM will take charge of 1 of the large compliance projects (implementing E-invoicing across Europe) as well as potentially other finance related projects.
- The PM will work extensively with senior business sponsors and stakeholders so must be comfortable working and communicating at that level.
- Responsible from every stage of the Project ( initiation, execution, closure)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management roles
- Skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisation
- Experience in managing stakeholders through to Head of Function level
- Expert in Project Management methods and frameworks
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Able to flex the communication style depending on the audience.
- Business acumen and able to manage a project budget
- Ability to adapt/change behaviour or plans to better achieve the target/objective
- Takes appropriate action and shows good judgment in critical and high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent team player
- Project management qualification (Prince 2, etc.) – desirable
- Fluent in English (both written and oral)
- Fluency in other European languages might be advantageous.
