We are seeking a hands-on Senior SAP Consultant to cover an interim period in a complex HR IT landscape, following the departure of a key internal expert. This role is critical to maintain business continuity and system stability during the transition phase toward a permanent solution.

You will serve as the go-to expert across multiple SAP HCM landscapes (SuccessFactors, ECP, ECC), supporting business-critical HR processes and leading small to mid-size initiatives, including a major SAP ECP go-live planned for January 2026.

 

Scope:

  1. SuccessFactors (SF)
  • Configure and support Employee Central and at least 2–3 other modules (Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)
  • Manage role-based permissions, data models, workflows, and business rules
  • Maintain and support integrations via SAP CPI (e.g., with SAP ECC and SAP Concur)
  • Execute system testing, regression testing, and release activities
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues
  • Coordinate with external partners and manage escalations
  • Ensure stable support for core HR processes
  1. Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Provide configuration and support for payroll processes, especially for Germany and other countries
  • Coordinate AMS partners for support packages and release management
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and replication errors between EC, ECP, ECC, and Concur
  • Ensure payroll readiness, compliance, and ongoing data quality
  1. SAP ECC HCM (PA/PT)
  • Support Personnel Administration (PA) and Time Management (PT)
  • Maintain HR master data processes and integrations with EC and ECP
  • Validate data consistency between ECC ↔ EC/ECP
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and functional expertise
  1. SAP Concur
  • Support Travel & Expense processes in Concur
  • Manage AMS coordination and release upgrades
  • Troubleshoot Concur integrations with ECC and ECP
  1. Leadership & Project Delivery
  • Act as HR system owner, ensuring stability and ongoing improvements
  • Represent ASG in mid-sized HR IT projects (e.g., ECP go-live)
  • Collaborate across HR, IT, and vendor teams
  • Document key processes, configurations, and integrations for continuity and audits

 

Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on configuration in SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central
  • Strong experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and replication processes
  • Proven SAP ECC HCM expertise (PA/PT modules)
  • Good command of SAP CPI for integration management
  • Strong issue resolution and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Fluent in English
