We are looking for an experienced SAP F&R (Forecasting and Replenishment) Lead Consultant to support a strategic supply chain transformation within the retail sector. The consultant will be responsible for driving the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP F&R processes to improve product availability, inventory accuracy, and replenishment efficiency.

Scope of Work

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP F&R solutions across retail operations.
• Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs.
• Optimize forecasting and replenishment strategies to ensure ideal stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Configure and customize SAP F&R to meet business-specific needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP F&R with systems like SAP CAR, ECC, or S/4HANA.
• Provide guidance during testing, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Act as the primary point of contact for F&R-related topics throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

• Proven, hands-on experience with SAP F&R (Forecasting & Replenishment) implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of retail supply chain and replenishment planning processes.
• Experience leading requirement-gathering workshops and translating business needs into SAP configurations.
• Integration experience with SAP CAR, ECC, or S/4HANA environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a significant advantage.
