Job Description

Location: 100% Remote (Client based in the UK – Medical Sector)
Duration: 03 November 2025 – 31 December 2025 (Possible extension into 2026)

 

Scope of Work

The ERP Consultant will be responsible for providing expert-level consulting, configuration, and support for IFS Applications and NetSuite ERP systems. The consultant will collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize ERP functionality, ensure seamless integration across business processes, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend ERP-based improvements.
  • Configure and customize IFS and NetSuite modules to meet business requirements.
  • Support ERP implementation phases including requirement gathering, design, testing, and go-live.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics (e.g., SuiteAnalytics, Crystal Reports).
  • Manage system integrations between ERP and other business platforms using APIs or middleware.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business and system goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.

 

Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with IFS Applications and/or NetSuite ERP.
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation, configuration, and support.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CRM, and HR.
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and report development tools (SuiteAnalytics, Crystal Reports, etc.).
  • Experience with integration tools, APIs, and data migration processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP system upgrades, testing, and change management procedures.

Analytical & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to map and optimize business processes within ERP frameworks.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
