Scope:

Are you passionate about building solutions that elevate DevSecOps maturity across an organization? As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer on the Golden Path team, you’ll play a critical role in developing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient workflows that empower development teams. This position requires a strong technical background and the confidence to engage with stakeholders, answer complex questions, and provide expert guidance on DevSecOps best practices.

You will work with cutting-edge tools and technologies to design standardized pipelines, develop self-service capabilities, and drive automation, ensuring that teams can focus on innovation while maintaining robust operational and security standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Enterprise Standards: Design and implement standardized CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, and security workflows that align with organizational goals.
  • Self-Service Solutions: Create self-service workflows for onboarding, platform provisioning, and access management to enable faster and more efficient team operations.
  • Focus on Automation: Automate repetitive operational tasks, including infrastructure deployment and security checks, to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
  • Embed Security by Default: Integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) using automated tools like SAST, DAST, and SCA.
  • Advise in DevSecOps Maturity: Advise in adopting modern DevSecOps practices and support Enablement Service team that interact with application teams at the daily basis.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure alignment and deliver cohesive solutions.

Skills:

  • Advanced experience in developing, documenting, and implementing CI/CD strategies for platforms like Java and .NET.
  • Expertise in SDLC processes, including branching strategies, collaboration workflows, code quality assurance, release management, and deployment strategies.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
  • Production experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or AKS.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure provisioning and configuration management tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Good understanding of automated security practices, including SAST, DAST, and SCA tools (e.g., SonarQube, OWASP ZAP).
  • Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate workflows and operational tasks.
  • Practical experience with enterprise cloud platforms, especially Azure, including security and operational configurations.
  • Knowledge of OS security practices, including Active Directory, PKI, DNS, and group policies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and implement best practices effectively.
