Program Context:
Our client was selected as the preferred partner for the client’s SAP S/4HANA transformation program – NextGen ERP. A Selective Data Transition approach has been chosen, and the program is divided into two waves:
- Wave 1: Go-live in January 2026, covering the Wind Business Area and rollout of global templates for Finance and Procurement
- Wave 2: Covers the remaining business areas and SAP domains, with a go-live scheduled for January 2027
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Program Manager Co-Lead for the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Stream to support the planning, coordination, and execution of OCM and testing activities for Wave 2 of the SAP S/4HANA program.
This person will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure successful business adoption, lead change impact assessments, support training activities, and oversee test strategy and execution.
Scope:
Leadership & Coordination:
- Support the Program Manager in aligning OCM stream deliverables with program goals and timelines
- Coordinate OCM-related activities across various stakeholders and teams
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure adoption of the new SAP S/4HANA solution
- Address resistance and ensure communication is clear and consistent
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in the OCM and testing areas
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies
Reporting & Documentation:
- Provide regular status updates and reports aligned with program standards
Organizational Change Management:
- Lead Change Impact Assessments
- Support development and execution of communication and training plans
- Collaborate with the Learning team to ensure end-user readiness
Testing (part of OCM Stream):
- Define SAP test strategy and ensure high-quality execution
- Align testing efforts with key stakeholders and program schedule
Skills:
- 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience, ideally in global SAP environments
- Proven track record managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, especially in OCM areas
- Experience with the SAP Activate methodology across full program life cycles
- Functional exposure to FI/CO, Treasury, MM, EAM, EPPM
- Strong understanding of SAP testing processes and best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in complex environments
- Change management certification and SAP certification are a plus
