Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer / Power BI Developer to support business reporting and data analysis initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with end users to gather requirements, validate business needs against available data, and deliver high-quality Power BI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from end users.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Explore and validate existing data sets using Power BI and SQL queries.
• Assess the feasibility of business requests against available data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions meet business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices in Power BI usage and dashboard optimization.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 5+ years of professional experience with Power BI.
• Proven expertise in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong background in data engineering and data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data sets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
