Job Description

We are currently looking for SAP Basis Administrator with at least 1-2 years of experience for one of our multinational German clients.

Client, operating in more than 60 countries with 60,000 employees, has located a new Shared Service Center in the west of Poznan.

 

Client is offering flexible working hours as well as Remote working options.

 

Role Details

  • Role: SAP Basis Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Conception, design, planning and implementation of global SAP system landscapes (ABAP and JAVA) under consideration of cloud technologies
  • Creation, implementation and continuously improvement of concepts for the provision, monitoring, effective administration and operation of complex SAP landscapes
  • Ensuring stable, trouble-free and high-performance availability of SAP systems
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of lifecycle activities
  • Planning and implementation of PoCs for testing of future concepts, SAP technologies, cloud and on-premise architectures
  • Planning, control and implementation of global IT projects in the SAP technology environment
  • Control of external service providers
  • Creation of solution documentation and procedural instructions

 

Required Skills

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in SAP Basis
  • Proven background and strong experience with SAP Netweaver administration (ABAP / JAVA) in complex enterprise environments
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager
  • Experience with database administration for SAP HANA and ASE
  • Experience with SAP CPS/BPA (Central Process Scheduling / Business Process Automation) and SAP Data Archiving is a plus
  • Linux operating system knowledge is a plus
  • SAP Basis and database certificates is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English (at least B2), German would be a plus,
  • Being technically enthusiastic and a willingness to learn are required,
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a multi-task environment as part of a global team
