Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Lead for Release 1 of the S4 rollout to lead the delivery of the SAP S4 (P2P), Ariba (Buying & Invoicing), and integrated Source to Pay (S2P) processes across multiple countries. This role is responsible for the overall solution delivery and ensuring the successful implementation of various projects related to S2P. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S4 and Ariba and experience managing end-to-end implementation activities.

Scope:

Lead the solution delivery for SAP S4 (P2P), Ariba (Buying & Invoicing), and S2P processes across multiple countries.

• Oversee the planning and execution of the S4 rollout, including cross-functional teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leads, SMEs, and solution architects to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Manage change impacts, risks, dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication and maintain strong relationships with various teams to ensure the project’s success.
• Guide and support the team in delivering on time, meeting quality standards, and achieving the project goals.
  
  

Skills :

• Strong experience in SAP S4 (P2P), Ariba (Buying & Invoicing) with multiple rollout experiences.
• Proven track record in leading and managing the end-to-end implementation of S2P processes across multiple countries.
• Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, external consultants, and technical experts.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies effectively.
• Self-motivated with a solution-oriented approach and leadership capabilities.
