We are looking for experienced UI/UX Designers (Mid/Senior) to join a long term contract assignment of a global client.

Role Details

• UI/UX Designers (Mid/Senior )
• Start : ASAP
• Duration : 6 months + long term extension possibility (3-4 years project duration)
• Location: Remote work 100%

Scope:

• Client is a UK based telecommunication provider.Project is already running for 2.5 years. In total ~300 people in project and growing. Work is delivered in an agile way
• Master Service; Interaction Design as a discipline and a practice.
• Collaborate with our user research team to understand user needs, identify design opportunities, and create meaningful user experiences.
• Lead Interaction Design and Service Design activities on projects, including client workshops, creative brainstorms, interaction design, and service design definitions.
• Lead the definition of interactions and services based on relevant business, technical, and design considerations.
• Create instant tangibility for the Fjord team and the client through visual storytelling and service and interaction design techniques.

Role Requirements

• 5-7 years of in-depth knowledge and experience of Interaction Design and Service Design across varied users, business problems, and device
• Knowledge of and curiosity about technology and its impact on design solutions.
• High dexterity in speed and quality
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes.
• Ability to plan, facilitate and contribute to explorative, generative and evaluative research
• Proficient in creating experience maps, user journeys and service blueprints, interaction models, flows, and wireframes.
• Very good English
