Our client is a global technology company, is currently looking for SAP Retail Consultants for its own ongoing and kicking off SAP S/4 HANA projects in Italy.

Job details:

• SAP Retail Consultants
• Location: Client locations are in Italy. Onsite visits can be requested based on the project location.
• Start date: ASAP / Open to discussion
• Duration: 6-12 months of contract durations + with highly possible extensions

Scope:

• Lead and manage the implementation of SAP Retail solutions on S4/HANA
• Provide expert guidance to the client team and internal project teams to ensure the successful execution of the SAP Retail solution.
• Oversee the delivery and integration of SAP modules while aligning with the client’s retail needs.
• Act as a leader to the team, providing direction and support in the implementation process.
• Collaborate closely with the client's existing teams, ensuring that the solution meets their operational requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication, knowledge transfer, and smooth project execution.

Required Skills:

• 4-6 years of solid experience with SAP Retail solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide a team working on a live client project.
• SAP S4/HANA experience
• Proficient understanding of retail business processes, how they integrate with SAP solutions.
• Proven experience in SAP implementation projects, including system integration, configuration, and customization.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot SAP Retail systems, ensuring they align with client requirements and goals.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to drive project success while managing scope, time, and resources.
• Experience working in a hybrid working environment (onsite and remote) and with teams across different locations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAP project management best practices.
• Fluent in English and preferably Italian (due to onsite client location).
