Project Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Team Leader to oversee activities related to the SAP CO module within strategic company-wide projects. The selected candidate will serve as a key reference point for both internal teams and external stakeholders, combining strong technical expertise with leadership and communication capabilities.

Skills:

• Lead and coordinate functional and technical teams working on SAP CO.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in Finance, Controlling, and IT.
• Oversee planning and execution of SAP CO-related project activities.
• Ensure delivery quality, on-time execution, and alignment with business objectives.
• Support integration efforts with related SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, SD).
• Act as a bridge between IT and the business to facilitate smooth implementation and communication.
  
  

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP CO including:
• Cost Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Profit Center Accounting
• Product Costing (CO-PC)
• Activity-Based Costing
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Strong understanding of SAP module integration: FI, MM, PP, and SD.
• Proven experience (7–8 years minimum) in SAP projects: roll-outs, upgrades, migrations, greenfield implementations.
• Experience with S/4HANA, especially within RISE and GROW programs.

Required Soft Skills:

• Business acumen: Solid understanding of controlling, budgeting, and industrial accounting processes; ability to communicate with CFOs and Controllers.
