Scope :
The Business Function Designer will support the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes within the SAP PP (Production Planning) domain. The role involves understanding complex business requirements, translating them into functional designs, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple teams and processes. The designer will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving process improvement, ensuring compliance with business objectives, and providing expert guidance on SAP PP functionality.
Skills:
- Analyze, design, and optimize new and existing business processes in the SAP PP domain.
- Identify and define detailed business requirements in alignment with client objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and advisor on SAP PP functionality and business process design.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and design blueprints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes.
- Participate in user and task analysis to maintain a business-centered perspective.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to stakeholders to enhance understanding and adoption of new business functions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Influence team decisions and contribute to problem-solving that spans multiple teams.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- SAP PP (Production Planning): Expert level (P4).
- Functional Design: Expert proficiency recommended.
- Strong experience in business process analysis, design, and documentation.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and gather detailed business requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and drive consensus.
- Experience in training and supporting stakeholders on SAP processes.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
