We are currently looking for an BPM Solution Architect for one of our international end clients.

Details:

• Role: BPM Solution Architect
• Location:  100% Remote role for the client based in Lithuania
• Start: 9/23/2024
• End Date: 11/22/2024 Length of assignment is 3 months initially but will possibly be extended to more than a year

Scope:

• As a BPM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing BPM solutions and will play a key role in the digital transformation of organizations.
• You will participate in the build, test and maintenance processes of BPM tools. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to develop automation strategies and processes.
• You will envision, estimate, define, build, and deplo solutions using standard delivery assets to improve clients' delivery approach.
• Lead the design of BPM solutions using IBM BAW, ensuring alignment with the client's business goals and IT strategy.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop BPM solution designs, including process models, integration strategies, and data models.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience required
• Need to have knowledge and experience in  providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design through to implementation and deployment.
• Previous experience in ensuring high quality deliverables, identify and address technical risks.
