• Role: Business Analyst
• Location:  100% Remote
• Start: 9/16/2024
• End Date: 11/15/2025 ( Its a 16-month assignment that could be extended )

Scope:

BA will Examine an organization's business model and how it integrates with technology as he/she will analyze and design its systems and processes.

Evaluate the situation as it is, determine the needs of the client, and specify the desired future state and/or business solution. Do research, compile data, and combine it

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in analysis, test scenarios authoring & Testing (UAT) for CRM Transformation.
• Previous experience in Customer Journey & Process design.
  Previous close collaboration with Designers, Product Owner and developers.
• Experience in similar post is a plus.
• Fluent Greek
