We are currently looking for a Senior SAP HCM French Payroll consultant for one of our global clients.
Details:
- Role: SAP HCM French Payroll Consultant.
- Location: Madrid / Spain.
- Remote (on occasions some travel availability would be required)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months + most probably extended.
- Industry: Technology Products.
Scope of Work:
- Capture the requirements, help the client to express needs, collect and analyze them.
- Bring best practices from previous experiences, ensure that standard SAP processes are used.
- Support the incident team with the resolution of complex issues.
- Write clear functional specifications.
- Support the business for change management.
- Communicate clearly to the different key users and stakeholders.
Skills:
- At least 4-5 full years of SAP HCM experience, with experience in French PY.
- Expert in Organizational Management, Personal Administration modules.
- Expert in French payroll – full scope including ALE posting and legal reports implementation (DNS and other legal reports).
- Experienced in application maintenance, familiarized with SLA/KPI metrics.
- Experienced in projects methodology (BBP, implementation, testing, documentation and go-live).
- Fluent in English , nice to have French
- Soft skills: communication and user management, self-management and self-organized.
- Availability to travel.
- Nice to have: Experienced in positive Time Management or other HCM modules.
