Project Summary: Football team Mobile App Development
Objective: Design and develop a cutting-edge mobile application for the Football team to enhance fan engagement, optimize monetization, and deliver seamless stadium and remote experiences. This app aims to be an industry leader in technical capability and user interaction.
Scope:
- Architecture Development: Create a scalable, cloud-based infrastructure that can support millions of concurrent users and integrate with existing systems like Ticketmaster and VenueNext.
- Machine Learning Integration: Implement ML models for personalized content recommendations and user experience optimization.
- Data Integration & Management: Develop efficient data pipelines for real-time processing and ensure seamless data integration across the tech stack.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure the architecture adheres to WCAG, GDPR, and CCPA standards, implementing strong security protocols.
- Cross-Platform Experience: Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality user experience across iOS, Android, and tablets.
Stack:
Functional and automation testing, Java, Selenium/Appium, issue tracking; experience validating data pipelines, API data contracts, and data compliance requirements (e.g., privacy, consent, and retention rules)
